    How Does Delivery Work?

    We offer same-day dispatch on business days. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pack your order.

    You can expect your package within 7-20 days (specific timing depends on your region). When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

    If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier.

    Incorrect Shipping Address Details

    We will deliver the products ordered to the address that was provided for delivery when the order was placed. We ask that customers double-check that the delivery addresses provided are accurate, correctly written, and include a full postcode in accordance with postal service addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the mail due to a customer's incorrectly provided or incomplete address/postcode, Seraphina is not liable and the customer will be subject to additional product purchase charges and delivery charges if applicable. We reserve the right to ask you to wait up to 28 business days before we resend the item.
